A zone seething with lava and probably a good amount of time will be spent falling on it thus taking damage or dying. Obstacles mainly include flame throwers in the floor. You can get past by risking a jump or waiting for the spurt to end. Flat rocks can be broken by jumping onto them. Some have tunnels behind them which will take you to areas on the game board. |

Robotnik is pretty tricky this time round. He’s is stationary on a small platform surrounded by lava. There are pipes connecting his platform to something else. To damage him you must quickly jump onto one of these pipes and dash up to the centre to score a hit. More problems arise as the pipes spit out flames regularly. Robotnik ejects caterpillar-type streams of flames that will chase you around the game board. Not pleasant. |
